Has anyone thought about a workflow for the AIM for direct deposits until Blend is integrated for the direct deposit piece with LPA? I haven’t been able to come up with one that is not duplicative, so was wondering if anyone else in the group had any thoughts. Thank you in advance!

We deployed the long form in Blend for Fannie 12 mos Positive Net Rent and for the AIM for DD Income through LPA in Blend. While in the Freddie pilot, we have run into issues though because Blend Asset Verification may only be delivering 12 mos of transactions to Freddie when Freddie is requiring 18-24 mos. The Blend PM is diving into this need from Freddie. Additionally, Blend is not feeding the LPA key correctly to Encompass so we are technically issuing a new key in Encompass vs the one that was generated in Blend. This is skewing our numbers. This fix will hopefully be completed next week.
