How is everyone handling documents that need to be signed by the LO or a Third Party with Blend sign? Especially when the Borrower does not need to sign it.

Hi
One workaround is to set these documents up as a Custom Print Forms in Encompass, but I know this isn’t the 100% solution for some organizations. I have discussed this internally and ensured that this is shared with the Blend Sign product team.

Just finding this. You can’t send an LO-signable only form through Encompass, either. It has to be a pre-signed form.
