DocMagic Signing Room validation failed when borrower signs eNote on iphone at least

Hello,

Any of you using Blend eNote with DocMagic eVault has a solution about not being able to e-sign eNote on a mobile device? Blend implementation manager told me "eNotes can be signed via a mobile device however the signer will want to ensure they have allowed for third party cookies in their browser settings." Me and another admin couldn't get it to work even on our own iphones.....
