We have loans that have closed and funded and others that have been declined and want those loans to be archived in Blend.
Is there a way to automate the process instead of manually archiving each loan?

Hi
This can be done with the KensieMae plugin in Encompass, which I believe your organization is currently using.
- Open the Blend Integration Settings (KM Tools)
- Navigate to the Data Sync tab
- In the Auto Archive Configuration box, select which loan status in Encompass will archive the loan in Blend
Feel free to test this in your beta instance. Let me know if this works for you.

Blend has also advised me that they automatically purge loans at 120 days which can be extended to 365 days.
Re-opening this topic and may post question in Mortgage Suite Community, but…..
Isn’t it required to keep closed/funded/denied/withdrawn applications for a certain time frame? So if they are purged from Archive, wouldn’t that be non-compliant?
What is everyone’s best practice for Closed/Funded and Withdrawn or Denied loan applications?
