Is anyone else having issues with lender credit, seller credit and points not correctly mapping to DU? DU is taking the lender and seller credit and doubling it as a cost to the borrower. DU is not recongnizing the points at all.

I see that you are already working directly with support through a Support ticket to find a resolution to this. To minimize redundancies and not duplicate effort, we ask that you not post issues in the Community for which you’ve already opened a Support Ticket. Having the question in multiple channels will not expedite a resolution as the same teams are supporting the Community and Help Center. I will post any resolution notes here for others to find as well.

Just following up on this thread. Our support and engineering team worked to fix the mis-calculation that you were experiencing. They worked directly with Fannie and were able to deploy a fix with a patch that has since been deployed and your ticket appears to be closed. I hope you have a fantastic day!
