Mobile App Error

I have a Loan Officer getting an error when trying to access the Blend mobile app. They are getting “action is blocked” Any ideas why they are getting this error?

Hi @z092258,

I see that you are already working directly with support through a Support ticket to find a resolution to this. To minimize redundancies and not duplicate effort, we ask that you not post the same issues in the Community for which you’ve already opened a Support Ticket. Having the question in multiple channels could slow a resolution as the same teams are supporting the Community and Help Center. Support will continue to work on this issue with you via your ticket.

I will post any resolution notes here for others to find as well once a resolution is found.

Hi Chelsea,

Thank you for the follow up I have not heard back from the user after many attempts to help. I will open another ticket if they still have the issue.
