This should be possible.
You can edit property type in this subject property section of the application. The options available are: Primary Residence, Second/Vacation Home, Investment/Rental Property and FHA Secondary Residence.

Are borrowers able to see and select from those however?
Yes, borrowers can select if they are going through the full mortgage application in the “Getting to Know You” section of Blend.
