We have had several borrowers complain that they cannot complete e-signing of the SSA-89. It’s asking for initials then stating that there are missing requirements however no details provided as to what is missing. Thanks

I have opened a Support case for you related to this issue so that they can investigate this further.
Just closing the loop on this question. The ticket is closed and it looks like the issue resolved itself on it’s own as the LO was unable to provide screenshots and has not followed up to re-open the ticket.
