Hi, My users are unable to send docs to blend from encompass right now and customers are unable to sign docs right now. Is the system down or having issues?
Anyone else having problems like mine?
Please advise ASAP. Thanks!

Update: This issue is now resolved.
We've confirmed DocuSign is down across NA1, NA2, NA3, NA4 regions. So effectively, all e-sign capabilities with DocuSign are not operational at the moment. Incident started at 11.49AM PST in DocuSign.
I recommend you (and all Blend Administrator/Business Process Owners who come across this post) go to https://status.blend.com/ and click to ‘Subscribe to Updates’ to be actively informed about this and future incidents.
