Does anyone know the frequency of emails sent by noreply@blendlabs.com on unassigned loans?
More specifically, if a prospective borrower starts an application with no one listed as the MLO, how quickly will admins or coordinators who have the appropriate “notify me on unassigned loans” setting be notified via email?

Email notifications for unassigned loans to notify about unassigned loans are triggered about every 4 hours.

Does anyone know how to remove yourself from this notifications? I couldn’t find anything in settings or in my profile to turn these off.
Is there a way to update the frequency of the emails? We get emails from our Beta environment every twenty minutes for unassigned loans.

I’d like to take this opportunity to share more details on unassigned loan notifications as it can help other Blend users how these notifications work.
To stop notifications about unassigned loans, the role permission Receives notifications about unassigned loans must be set to Never.
Please note that any permission changes to a role will impact all Blend users with that role.
If you don’t have access to change roles and permissions, please reach out to your administrator as they have control over these settings. Blend support does not manage roles and permissions.
Please note that this applies to automated notifications about unassigned loans, not notifications that are sent the moment a loan becomes unassigned.
Unassigned loan notifications are sent every 4 hours, the timing frequency is not configurable.
Unassigned loan notifications include a batch of unassigned loans
The email subject will be “New Loans Require Assignment”
See below for examples of automated notifications for unassigned loans, and notifications that are triggered and the assignment of a loan is changed.
Subject: New Loans Require Assignment
Subject: New Loan Assignment: {Borrower’s first initial and last name eg., A. Firstimer}
Subject: New Loan Application: {Borrower’s first initial and last name eg., J. Appleseed}

The timing frequency is not configurable. Please refer to the information above to confirm that you should only be getting “New Loans Require Assignment” every 4 hours. If you are receiving emails more frequently, check the subject lines to understand if they are notifications sent by manual changes in the loan team assignment. This is more common in beta environments where loans are constantly used for testing and validation.
