HI Chelsea, I noticed a change overnight that these notifications how come every 15-20 minutes. Is this supposed to be happening? If so, PLEASE tell me there’s a way to go back to only every 4 hours.

Thank you for flagging this. I just confirmed with the Engineering team that this is a known issue that they are actively working to resolve as quickly as possible. They will roll out a fix automatically (no need to open individual tickets) as soon as a solution is finalized.

I’m happy to report that our development team has deployed a hotfix to our email service which should solve the frequent email notifications. Unassigned loan notifications should now resume the normal 4-hour cadence as they have prior. I hope you have a fantastic rest of your day.
