Who are you? Introduce yourself!

Hi Everyone,My name is Chelsea and I have been with Blend since March ‘22.  I’m here to help manage Blend Community and help build it to be your favorite resource. We created this community for you to be a place to connect, learn and share knowledge with each other. I would love for you to introduce yourself in the thread below - share where you work, your role and how you use Blend today.Feel free to share anything else that fun that you feel comfortable sharing! Any fur friends?Fun fact, Blend offices allows dogs, at any given time we had ~20 dogs hanging around (this was pre-covid, before we went remote). I am looking forward to meeting all of you here!

Register to Blend Community

Registration is required to participate in the community and subscribe to Product Updates. Users must register using their work email and must validate their email to complete the registration process. Here’s what that process looks like.Register Validate your email Subscribe to Product UpdatesRegisterClick Log In / Register Click Create an account Fill out the form and accept the terms and conditions and click Register. All fields are required. Please Note All fields are required The username is the display name and cannot be changed The username may only contain spaces, letters and/or numbers (no special characters such as @ $ # !) The username needs to contain between 3 and 30 characters Clients must use their work email in order to be approved Validate your emailAfter registering, two things will happen:An activation email will be sent to the email used when registering A green banner will appear at the top of the page informing you to validate your email. Community: How to Collect Badges

Gotta catch ‘em all!Remember all your collectibles--Pokemon cards, baseball cards, pogs, comic books, coins, stamps--too many to count! We’re big fans of collectibles, so we are incorporating our own collection of badges within the Community for you to collect!What is a badge?A badge is an award we give to our Blend Community members for achievements and activity within the Community. We use badges within the community to award and recognize our outstanding Customers who are starting awesome conversations, helping their peers, and sharing their expertise. We want to shine the spotlight on you and the work you are doing. How do I get a badge?You can collect badges through activities in the Community. Some of the types of activities that can earn badges: Creating new posts within the Community--asking questions, or starting conversations Replying to other’s posts Answering questions from your peers Liking posts and comments Attending events, participating in groups, challenges, and more!

Manage your tickets in Blend's Help Center

Managing multiple Blend Support tickets and following up on each one via email can be challenging. To view and manage your tickets more effectively, you can register and sign in to Blend’s Help Center. As a registered user, you can:Submit a support ticket CC others in your ticket (e.g., Loan Team, Administrator, Compliance Officer) View the ticket status Mark the ticket as solved Create a follow-up to a solved requestTo registerVisit Blend’s Help Center Click Sign inIf you have communicated with Blend Support previously, you are already registered. To create a password, click Get a password. Enter your company email Click Submit and you will receive an email with instructions.
