Manually Uploaded Account Statements

If a borrower wishes to not connect their accounts and proceeds to manually upload their statements, the event will be recorded as follows:

Borrower completed Upload Account Manually

{Borrower} - Financial Institution - New Institution - New Account

Note

If the borrower chooses to not connect their accounts during the application process

  • The borrower will need to select the Account Type and enter the Cash or Market Value manually.
  • An Account Statement follow up will be requested after application submit, allowing the borrower to manually upload a copy of their statements.

If the borrower chooses to not connect their accounts during an Asset Statement follow-up, the borrower will be prompted to manually upload a copy of their statements.
