Some of the most frequently asked questions to Blend Support include:
- I prepared several follow ups but they were not sent to the borrower
- I can’t find the follow ups I prepared yesterday
- The follow ups disappeared
Good news is, the follow ups do not disappear unless they are manually deleted. More often than not, what happens is that the follow ups are saved as a draft and not sent to the borrower.
In the Follow-ups tab, click View Saved Draft to see the follow ups that were prepared previously.
