Occasionally consumer banking customers run into an issue where their address is not recognized as valid in the application workflow. It appears to me that the only recourse they have if this happens to them is to use an alternate address (which often is not feasible) or to abandon the application altogether. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with consumer banking customers? Is it possible to bypass this feature or enter an address “as written” rather than being limited to what Google considers valid?
It seems the follow-ups for Asset Statements, Mortgage Statement, and Homeowner’s Insurance are no longer in the lists of the categories in which they used to live. I see Asset Statement and Mortgage Statement under “Commonly Used”, but that’s it. And Homeowner’s Insurance is searchable, but I can’t find it in any list (and when I search it, it appears four times). Did I miss this in some release notes?
Hello,Any of you using Blend eNote with DocMagic eVault has a solution about not being able to e-sign eNote on a mobile device? Blend implementation manager told me "eNotes can be signed via a mobile device however the signer will want to ensure they have allowed for third party cookies in their browser settings." Me and another admin couldn't get it to work even on our own iphones.....
I have some custom follow up docs and I am occasionally having trouble when sending more than one simultaneously. Sometimes it works and other times I get an error. (Unexpected error occurred. Please try again) This happens when sending from various computers. When it happens, I have to send the docs out one at a time and I don’t receive any errors. I’m sending the same exact docs, just separately. Thanks,Charlie
When I export a loan application completed through LOTK and then make necessary changes in Encompass after the export and rerun DU I receive the following prompt:Additionally, when I reissue the credit report via encompass and then try to run DU I get the following error.:So the workaround is then to manually clear out the DU ref # in field MORNET.X4 in Encompass and then I can successfully run DU.Is anyone doing something differently? I have submitted a support ticket but was told the workaround I am doing is the process I need to follow when LO’s complete the application.
Hello! How do your branch users communicate with your the loan processor about about on a loan? Our branch users don’t have access to encompass and we are using an outside ticketing system but looking for a more efficient way. We are hoping that Blend will be able to get the notes to sync back and forth with encompass but until that happens, we want to hear what everyone else is doing. Thanks! Trang
Happy Friday Blend Community! From the Blend release notes dated 04/19 and 03/22, customers applying for a construction perm loan now have the ability to provide information on cost of construction and loans/ownership on the lot/land. Given that this would then be considered a construction/perm refinance and also trips a TRID application, we are running into situations where the customer is either potentially just looking to see if they can get approved for a certain loan amount and/or they are wanting to build, but have not gotten to the point of where they have signed a contract with a builder yet. Before these two questions were implemented, we were able to consider them prospects and not have to send initial disclosures until the customer was ready, with construction contract in hand. While it would be ideal for the customer to skip those questions, allowing the clock to not start until the loan officer tripped the application for disclosures, we all know that the chances of tha
https://sf.freddiemac.com/articles/news/the-next-evolution-of-loan-product-advisor-asset-and-income-modeler-is-comingHas anyone thought about a workflow for the AIM for direct deposits until Blend is integrated for the direct deposit piece with LPA? I haven’t been able to come up with one that is not duplicative, so was wondering if anyone else in the group had any thoughts. Thank you in advance! Andrew
Hello ALLLLL,I am curious to what everyone is doing with piggyback loans. If the 1st loans is originated in Blend and then exported into Encompass, then the piggyback loan is created in Encompass, are you able to get the piggyback loan to e-disclose in Blend and do follow ups? Do you have someone in ops create the piggyback loan in Blend? Or is there another way to go about this? Thanks for all your help and input!Trang
