Blend Community is maintained and operated by Blend Labs, Inc (“Blend”).  In order to ensure a positive experience for all users, your use of and participation in Blend Community is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Registration information.

Please register for Blend Community using your work or company e-mail address. If you register with a personal e-mail, you may be asked by Blend to switch to your company e-mail address instead.

Be courteous.  

Do your part to ensure everyone has a positive experience when participating in the Blend Community.  Specifically, please refrain from posting anything unlawful, inappropriate, harassing, obscene, or abusive and refrain from engaging in public arguments.   

Keep it legal.  

Please do not post any material (i) that would infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any company or third party, (ii) that contains software viruses or any other harmful computer code, or (iii) that is illegal under any federal or state law.

No commercial use or solicitation.

Please do not use Blend Community for the promotion of third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Please refrain from posting content that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.

No sharing of personal or confidential information.

Please refrain from sharing personal information of yourself or any third parties.  Please also refrain from sharing confidential information belonging to Blend, yourself, your company, or any other third party.  Confidential information may include, but is not limited to screenshots, pricing information, and business plans or strategies.

Removal of content and limitation of user access.  

Blend is not obligated to edit or monitor content posted by participants in Blend Community. However, Blend retains the right, at its sole discretion, to limit users' access to Blend Community and to remove material or content posted onto Blend Community.  Blend is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material. Blend may, however, take any action it deems appropriate, including editing or deleting material (posts, photos, attachments, profile data, avatars and private messages) as well as restricting access of individual users whose behavior detracts from the experience of other users or the purpose of Blend Community.

Limitation of liability.

Blend is not responsible for the content posted onto Blend Community by you or any other participant and has no obligation to monitor and delete any content.  Such content is the sole responsibility of the person posting the content and Blend does not control or endorse such content. Blend does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or quality of any content that appears in the Blend Community, regardless of who originates such content. You expressly understand and agree that you bear all risks associated with using or relying on the content.  Blend will not be liable or responsible in any way for any content within the Blend Community, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any content.

Feedback.  

If you provide any suggestions, comments, improvements, information, ideas or other feedback for enhancements, improvements, features, functionality or other recommendations (collectively, “Feedback”), Blend and its affiliates are free to retain, use and incorporate such Feedback in Blend’s or its affiliates’ products and/or services, without payment of royalties or other consideration to you.  Accordingly, you hereby grant Blend and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, non-revocable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, disclose, license, distribute and exploit any Feedback without any obligation, payment, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions.  

Blend may periodically modify and supplement these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.  All amended terms become effective upon our posting, and any use of Blend Community after such revisions have been posted indicates your consent and agreement to such revised terms and conditions.
